On September 16, an extended meeting of the People’s Council Committee on Budget, Finance and Economic Policy with the Committee on Agriculture and Land Resources on improving tax legislation concerning issues of personal peasant farming, namely, amendments to the laws of the DPR “On tax system” and “On peasant agriculture” was held.

DPR People’s Council Chairman Vladimir Bidyovka commented on the statement of Ukraine's Foreign Affairs Minister Vadim Pristayko on additional conditions regarding the special status for Donbass.

On September 14, festive occasions took place in Khartsyzsk dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the town. DPR Head DPR Denis Pushilin, Chairman of the DPR People’s Council of the Vladimir Bidyovka, deputies of the People’s Council, representatives of ministries and departments, employees of the town administration, residents and guests of the town attended the celebration.

Ukraine has postponed the denunciation of agreements until the moment when it has clear instructions and this will serve as either a signal of readiness to reset normal relations with Russia or to exacerbate them. The Chairman of the DPR’s People’s Council Vladimir Bidyovka shared this opinion with the Donetsk News Agency.

On September 10, a solemn ceremony of awarding the soldiers-internationalists and defenders of the Donetsk People’s Republic with medals “For Fidelity to Duty and Service to the Homeland” was held at the Military History Museum of the Great Patriotic War. The event was attended by the DPR Chairman of the People’s Council, Vladimir Bidyovka, deputies of the People’s Council Gennady Kovalchuk, Dmitry Ogilets and Vladimir Savyolov.

On September 7, at the memorial complex Saur-Mogila, a mourning rally was held, timed to coincide with the 76th anniversary of the liberation of Donbass from the Nazi invaders. The event was attended by DPR Head Denis Pushilin, Chairman of the People’s Council Vladimir Bidyovka, Chairman of the Government Alexander Ananchenko, deputies, representatives of ministries and departments, residents of cities and districts of the Republic.

On September 6, as part of the celebration of the 76th anniversary of the liberation of Donbass from Nazi invaders, the Chairman of the DPR People’s Council, Vladimir Bidyovka, held an open history lesson for pupils of a specialized school – the lyceum of information technology of the city of Yenakiyevo.

On September 5, a solemn event dedicated to Financier Day was held in the Donetsk Administration Office. The event was attended by the Chairman of the DPR’s People’s Council Vladimir Bidyovka, Deputy Chairman of the DPR’s Government Tatyana Pereverzeva, Minister of Finance Yana Chausova, Head of the Donetsk City Administration Alexey Kulemzin, representatives of relevant departments.

On September 5, a commemorative wreath-laying, dedicated to the 76th anniversary of the liberation of Donbass from fascist invaders, was held near a monument to Hero of the Soviet Union Vatutin Nikolai Fedorovich. The event was attended by the Chairman of the DPR’s People’s Council Vladimir Bidyovka.

On September 2, a solemn matriculation ceremony took place in the Donetsk National Medical University named after M. Gorky. The event was attended by the Chairman of the DPR’s People’s Council Vladimir Bidyovka, deputies of the People’s Council, Minister of Health Olga Dolgoshapko, representatives of relevant departments.
