Miroslav Rudenko: For peace to be established in Donbass, it is vital to take down oligarchic regime in Kiev

Deputy of the DPR People’s Council Miroslav Rudenko commented on the situation in the territories temporarily occupied by Ukraine  on air of On the Same Wavelength programme on the Kometa radio station.

“In Ukraine, busy work is underway to change the consciousness of the population. It is obvious that five years is a short historical period for such, but on the other hand, we should not forget about how modern propaganda technologies now operate.

The first factor necessary for the peace to be established is the taking down of the conflict cause in the Donbass, namely, the obvious intervention of the West in the affairs of the back then sovereign state of Ukraine and further protection for the regime of oligarchs and nationalists conducting inhumane politics in Ukraine. If you remove this cause, remove this support, then, it seems to me, you can gradually eliminate the negative effects of the five-year Ukrainian propaganda on the territory of the DPR that is temporarily controlled by Ukraine. And, of course, this oligarchic regime itself must be dismantled,” says the parliamentarian.
