On February 20, a special event dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Director of the Institute of Urgent and Regenerative Surgery named after V.K. Gusak, Head of the Donetsk Burn Centre, Professor Emil Fistal took place in the Centre of Slavic Culture in Donetsk.

The creation of the Civic Chamber of the Donetsk People's Republic, the main purpose of which will be to represent the interests of our citizens, is a natural consequence of the fact that the Republic is entering a new level of state-building.

On February 19, a rally timed to the Day of Liberation of the Debaltsevo City was held. The event was attended by Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin, Chairman of the DPR People’s Council Vladimir Bidyovka, Chairman of the LPR People’s Council Denis Miroshnichenko, and deputies of the DPR People’s Council.

On February 18, the Chairman of the DPR’s People’s Council Vladimir Bidyovka participates in a meeting called “The flame of memory will not fade” and dedicated to the fourth anniversary of the end of the Debaltsevo-Chernukhino operation in the framework of an official visit to the Lugansk People’s Republic.

We have not yet reached a full-fledged peace, but each saved life and a departure from the “hot stage” of the war as a whole confirm the fact that the Minsk agreements are in fact the only way to resolve the conflict with Ukraine by diplomatic means. Chairman of the DPR People’s Council of Vladimir Bidyovka said this was in an interview with a DPR's official site correspondent.

On February 12, a rally, dedicated to the 101st anniversary of the proclamation of the Donetsk-Krivorozh Republic took place near the Monument to Artyom (Fedor Sergeyev). The solemn event was attended by the Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin, Chairman of the DPR’s People’s Council Vladimir Bidyovka, People’s Council’s deputies, representatives of the Republic ministries and departments, citizens of the DPR’s capital.

In the summer of 2018, the Committee on Environmental Management, Ecology, Subsurface Resources and Natural Resources took the initiative to consider in detail the practice of applying Kt and Katm adjusting factors, as well as the situation with increasing problems regarding the removal of solid waste by utilities.

Deputies of the People’s Council supported the initiative of the DPR Head, Denis Pushilin, to monitor the procedure of citizens' passage through the checkpoint. We want to analyze the procedure for passing through the checkpoints, to identify the causes of queues, as well as to assess the conditions in which our citizens get at the checkpoints.

The Chairman of the DPR’s People’s Republic Vladimir Bidyovka believes that the denial of entry to Russian observers to presidential elections in Ukraine demonstrates the narrow-mindedness of Ukrainian authorities.

On January 4, the IV Republican Convention of the “Young Republic” public organization took place in the hotel complex of Shakhtar Plaza. The event was attended by the Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin, Chairman of the People’s Council Vladimir Bidyovka, People’s Council’s deputies, representatives of ministries and departments.
