On April 24, according to an agenda of a plenary session, parliamentarians reviewed a draft law “On amendments to Article 24 of the Law of the Donetsk People’s Republic ʺOn prevention of the spread of tuberculosis in the Donetsk People’s Republicʺ” developed by Deputy of the People’s Council Vladimir Bidyovka.

On April 24, the Chairman of the DPR’s People’s Council Vladimir Bidyovka made a statement prior to a plenary session regarding an exemption from a payment of state duty for admission to Russian citizenship by people, who reside in the territory of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics.

To implement the Decree of the Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic No. 70 “On Amending the Decree of the Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic of March 14, 2020 No. 57 “On Imposing A High Alert Regime”," People’s Council deputies have temporarily suspended the reception of citizens in the districts.

Today, the DPR’s People’s Council has been convened for an emergency plenary session. The reason for this meeting was the situation, which had shaken the whole world over the past few months - a new coronavirus infection. It is planned to take legislative measures to ensure the safety of our citizens at the plenary session. The Chairman of the People’s Council Vladimir Bidyovka reported about it to the media.

On March 17, DPR People’s Council Chairman Vladimir Bidyovka, representatives of the ministries' committees, higher educational institutions of the Republic and public associations participated in a regular plenary meeting of the Youth Parliament, which took place in the Government House.

On March 16, an event dedicated to Day of Crimea’s reunification with Russia entitled “Donbass and Crimea are united” took place in Makeyevka and was attended by the Chairman of the DPR’s People’s Council Vladimir Bidyovka, deputies, Head of the Makeyevka City Administration Sergey Goloshchapov, representatives of the public movement “Donetsk Republic” and residents of the city.
