The deputy mayor of Dnepropetrovsk Mikhail Lysenko announced the information that hot water will not be supplied in the city due to its high cost.

We continue to advocate the implementation of the “Steinmeier formula”. This formula was proposed and approved at the Paris summit on October 2. However, the Ukrainian side on the subgroup on political issues had been delaying the discussion throughout the year, trying to make the issue fall outside the scope of agenda and, in fact, sabotaged the work in this direction.

Since coming to power of nationalistic forces through unconstitutional coup d'etat in Ukraine, official Kiev unleashed not only a civil fratricidal war in east of the country, but also launched a massive information campaign against Russia, where culture has become a battleground.

Against the background of another tariff escalation for the Ukrainian population and enterprises, NJSC “Naftogaz of Ukraine” will increase a minimum price of natural gas by 16,3% for industrial consumers (in comparison to October 2016) up to 7380 hryvnias (287 USD) per thousand cubic meters. 

Each time the American elections are becoming more original. No one is surprised that fewer voters may choose a larger number of electors who will eventually choose the US president, as it was with George Bush Jr. in 2000. 

Having refused from the friendship with Russia, Ukraine started intensively looking for allies in other neighboring countries, and in particular, Georgia. Hoping for further support, Ukraine for some reason took care of Saakashvili and gave him a place among the political elite. But expectations of a long-awaited support have never been justified...
