On November 24, the People’s Council delegation headed by the Chairman of the DPR People’s Council Denis Pushilin took part in a number of special events during their working visit to the Republic of Abkhazia.

On November 23, the regular meeting of the Trilateral сontact group on the peaceful settlement of the conflict in Donbass was held in Minsk. Issues regarding the increased number of armistice violations, the exchange of prisoners and the implementation of political paragraphs of the Minsk agreements were submitted to the agenda.

On November 16, the representative of Kiev humanitarian subgroup on Donbass Irina Gerashchenko said that the Ukrainian authorities interpret Belarus’ voting against the resolution on Crimea, submitted to the General Assembly of the UN by Ukraine, as a ‘stab in the back’.

On November 16, 2016, the Third Committee of the United Nations General Assembly on Social, Cultural and Humanitarian Affairs took the Ukraine’s draft resolution on human rights in the Crimea. The Ukrainian resolution appeals to Russia to admit the UN observers to the territory of Crimea and condemns discrimination on the peninsula. 

ʺThe guard is tired,ʺ the sailor Zheleznyakov said in January 1918 to the Constituent Assembly and dissolved people’s deputies. ʺThe world is tired,ʺ European countries said in 2016 and began to bring slowly the global dominance of the US to nothing. 

On November 21, in Donetsk State Academic Music and Drama Theatre a solemn event dedicated to the Day of the tax and customs service staff was held. The Chairman of the DPR People's Council Denis Pushilin and the DPR Minister of Inland Revenue Alexander Timofeyev took part in it.

With each passing day the situation in Ukraine is becoming more acute and heating up: ordinary people again protest on Bankova st., and officials whether seek possible ways to escape, or even leave the offices entrusted to them. Even Mikheil Saakashvili, flowing into a blissful stupor from the anthem of Ukraine, has exhausted his limit of reformism and resigned.

In November, 2016, the management of Zmiev machine-building plant appealed to the President of Ukraine with the request to renew economic ties with Russia. More than a thousand employees joined this appeal. It is the seventh largest company in Ukraine that addressed to the Ukrainian president with such request.

On November 15, 2016, the Chairman of the DPR People's Council, permanent plenipotentiary representative of the DPR in the Contact group at negotiations in Minsk Denis Pushilin participated in a live programme “Time will show” on the Russian Channel One.
